![]() ![]() Got all the confirmation e-mails, but can't log in. I can register just fine, as if my e-mail and stuff isn't already in there (very odd, since I was watching it on my aTV at the time). I got an e-mail follow up saying the problem was likely resolved. Error -100000 or something like that.Ĭalled HBO again, they seemed to think I hadn't registered - they didn't ask for any account information, just assumed this, and suggested I try registering again. ![]() Tried resetting a password I knew was right, said my e-mail didn't match anything in the system. Initially it was saying that my e-mail/password didn't match records. Still works on my apple TV, but I can't log into the site. I logged out of the site and tried to log back in. I called HBO support, they said they'd have it fixed later that night. ![]() ![]() I got a warning saying I needed to update Adobe Flash "playbackTechError". When I first registered day of release, I could log in to the web version, look at titles, etc, but I couldn't play anything. I'm on Google Chrome, on OS X, but these problems also show up in Firefox and Safari. ![]()
